Regarding Submission of Examination Application Forms for the 2nd Year, 4th Semester Master’s Level Examination – 2083 Group

The Office of the Dean, Institute of Science and Technology Studies, Examination Section, Balkhu, informs all concerned students that, according to the Grading System implemented from 2083, the examination application forms for the regular and partial examinations of the 2nd Year, 4th Semester 2081 Group in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology, as well as students from previous groups of the same year, must be submitted by Mangsir 4, 2083.

Important Instructions for Filling the Examination Form

1. The TU Registration Number must be clearly and compulsorily mentioned in the examination application form. Students without a TU Registration Number will not be allowed to fill out the examination form.
2. Students registered under Self and Previous TU Registration Numbers must compulsorily attach a copy of their TU Slip.
3. Students must clearly mention their Campus Admission Group and Roll Number in the examination application form.
4. Partial examination candidates must compulsorily submit a copy of the Grade Sheet/Mark Sheet of the previously appeared examination while submitting the examination form. If, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Grade Sheet/Mark Sheet cannot be submitted, the examination form can be submitted by paying an additional fee of Rs. 50.

Form Submission Time

11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

On the last day, forms must be submitted by 4:00 PM.

Examination Fee – Single Fee

• Regular candidates: Rs. 1,600/-
• Partial candidates: Rs. 1,500/-
• Practical examination fee:
  • Rs. 200/- for one subject
  • Rs. 300/- for more than one subject

Examination Fee – Double Fee

(Up to Mangsir 11, 2083)

• Regular candidates: Rs. 3,600/-
• Partial candidates: Rs. 3,000/-
• Practical examination fee:
  • Rs. 400/- for one subject
  • Rs. 600/- for more than one subject
