About This Course
Master of Business Administration is a two-year, 6-trimester course under the Faculty of Management Studies by Pokhara University. This course consists of 27 courses and 4 practicum and graduate seminars equivalent to 66 credit hours which is spread over 7 foundation and analytical tool courses (18 credits), 10 core and functional courses (20 credits), 2 capstone courses (6 credits), 4 concentration/ specialization courses (8 credits), 2 electives (4 credits) and graduates research project, internship, seminars, and other projects (10 credits). This degree is more for those aspirants who are looking forward to their career collaboration and personal development. This course mainly focuses on enhancing social and development outlook and adequate skill in analysis, decision-making, organizing, implementation, leadership, and communication among the students. This course provides a strong foundation in academic research which is salient to tackle those real issues of the international trading community.

Admission Criteria and Eligibility
Eligibility:
Candidates who have completed a minimum of 15 years of formal education i.e.12 years of schooling plus three years of graduation and have obtained a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or 45 percent in Bachelor's degree in any stream from any colleges/ university recognized by Pokhara University are eligible to apply for this course.
Entrance:
Interested candidates must have to appear in the entrance test conducted by the Pokhara University i.e.PUMAT and face a personal interview and group discussion.
Admission:
Based on performance on written tests, personal interviews, and group discussion the final selection will be done and you can get enrolled in the college affiliated with Pokhara University.
Fee Structure:
Talking about the fee structure it varies from college to college. Based on the infrastructure and resources provided by the college, the fee is estimated. The fee for the MBA course ranges from 4lakhs to 8lakhs in private colleges whereas the fee structure of government colleges is very low. Scholarship:
Enrolled in the top government college is itself a scholarship due to the low fee structure. The different scholarship scheme is offered by colleges affiliated to Pokhara University as per their choice.
